Currently I do not have the money to purchase any prizes to add to the prize pool. I was thinking as long as this doesn't break any rules that I would offer two different prizes of 250,000 folding points(approx. depending on how the WU fall) for the month of June. Please let me know if I am allowed to offer/do this for a prize. If this is allowed go ahead and throw it up there as a prize and let me know that I will be providing this.

my ppd that i entered when i signed up is going to be a bit lower, apparently my 920 has decided to throw a hissy fit and not be ok with 4 ghz anymore so i wont be doing -bigadv units with it. is there a way for me to revise my estimated ppd on the website so that i have a more accurate estimation?

Not normally allowed.
It has been for a few but they were going to hit monthly points anyway.

Good question, i got two more 560's and originally had an estimate of 20k but it looks like im going to easily double that.

Ok sounds good thank you. I guess it was worth the try and everything. Well good luck to everyone anyway.

I would not worry about doing more than you put into the sign up thread that will just be a bonus. The thing they are worried about is being at least 90% of what you stated you would make to be included in the prize drawings. No one SHOULD complain if you put down more points than what you said. At least they better not because I am going to be 15-20k more than what I put in too. As long as I don't keep getting those crappy 2684 work units that seem to just kick my 980x's a$$.

I'm still wondering how they are going to tell, what we have is a BIG pot, and about 300 people peeing in it, without individual names and tracking, How are they going to know who's pee is who's.

Well considering you have to screenshot with your folding information it should be semi obvious from the PPD showing. Now if you are being shady and do it just to take the picture that is on you. Karma is a ***** is all I have to say.

This screen shot thing has me a little concerned, Not sure how I'm going to do it, I have five systems running tracker, 4 capable of Big adv, any screen shot I do will have bout 1/5th of my information, if I make one screen using snipit, with all 5 on the page,  that's going to be alot of information on one page, and if I submit five screen shots that might be a little confusing, my 6th system runs from my parents house, and it only folds when mom has it on ( I hid folding in the startup file.) Least they can do being I gave them the system, and the 260, do all their maintance, and updates.

We're Chimps now and we pee on various things to mark territory.  The very idea of all us Chimps peeing in the same pot is just downright uncivilized!

Is it OK to donate a prize after CC starts? I know I have something decent to donate but have to find original box and such.

I guess they can see how many points you said you would put into the CC, then look at your EOC for that time period and see if you were telling the truth.
I'm putting in 100% of mine in so once my bigadv's finish I will show 0 on my EOC for the 2 week time frame.

Folding whatever I can :o)

To clear up what appears to be some repeated confusion, there is absolutely no connection between your points estimate and the 90% requirement.  I'm not sure where this idea came from.  90% simply exists to prevent an individual from devoting only 1 client to the CC if they typically fold on multiple clients.

Read it this way: you have to be all in for the duration of the Chimp Challenge to qualify for the prize drawing.

^ Thanks for clearing that up, Sorry I misunderstood the rule. I'll be all in once the last two Big adv finish, looks like I should have switched on the last  one, but I thought I would have time for another, and knew the rules said not to stop folding to time compleation, 3 of 6 switched, 2 some time tomorow, one just after the contest starts.

Are the 5 on the same network? You can monitor all of your clients with HFM.net on one computer and it will show all of them at once. Take a look at my desktop SS in that thread.

I have a HomeGroup set up and everything is running in folders that are shared. Once that is set up, HFM setup is easy.

I started doing that and changed my mind. I wanted to be able to share video, pictures, and my printer across the network, so I went with the HomeGroup thing.

I can start HFM, and find the SMP client on the local machine, enter it, and get that one to come up, but when I try to exit, it says I need to save my config, if I try to save it in the same directory as HFM it says I do not have permision. If I save it to desktop, it doesn't find it whan I try to start HFM, I haven't even tried to find or share on the other computers, figure if I can't do it on the local, there is no way I'm going to be able to do it on the network.
