1600 mhz RAM into a 1333/1066 mobo?

Hi all,
 
Would this be a no no and lead to posting errors or some kind of memory failure? Will the RAM speed simply be scaled back to match the board? How does this work?

And this memory without checking on the speed:

Will this combination cause me grief? Should I cancel the RAM order and get something to match or will it not really matter?

    Your link to the RAM is the same as the link to your MB.

    I would go with something like this if you're worried about the 1600 speed not working. That and what I chose uses the memory standard of 1.5 volts.
