This is frustrating, nothing at all for 1080 on the EU website.




It's up for EU now. :) ACX 3.0, EVGA blower and FE.

Got my order in for the ACX 3.0 as well. Sometimes when I loaded the page it was in the list and other times it was only the Founder's Edition. (shrug)

Without being sure, I don't think the FTW version will be made available for step-up anytime soon. And are you sure that you can see the SC, and not "just" the ACX 3.0 verison? :)

Are the people that said they got the SC or the FTW sure they got that?

Yeah okay, I though so, too! Just FYI, the SC version doesn't really differ from the normal version. It just comes factory overclocked, so you don't have to enable any manual overclocks. The normal card will be able to reach "SC"-performance without any problems at all. You might already know this, but I just want to make sure. :D

There are no stats on the FTW just:
 
  • TBDMHz Base Clock
  • TBDMHz Boost Clock
  • TBDGT/s Texture Fill Rate
  • 8192MB GDDR5X Memory
  • 10000MHz Memory Clock
  • 320GB/s Memory Bandwidth




It comes with two 8-pin connectors, which means that it has a custom PCB with more powerphases and stuff like that. This usually allows for higher and more stable overclocks, but at this time of writing we do not know if power is a limiting factor for the 1080. There's stuff that points towards it, but we don't know 100 % yet.  It could very well be, since a single 8-pin connector seems a little sparse. We will soon learn, though.
 
Personally, I think that the FTW will be able to squeeze more performance out of nvidias GP104 chip. :)

To be totally honest, I just wanted the RGB lighting of the FTW edition...  but, I'm impatient.  Maybe I'll sell the ACX when the FTW comes out.

jzodda, I remember reading somewhere that only the base models are made available for step-up.  So you won't see SC, FTW, Classified, Kingpin etc.  Might want to verify but I believe that's how it works.

Step up now, and if you need to, sell on Craigslist or eBay later to finance the FTW.  That's what I'm doing, at least.
