Anyone else have the issue regarding this? The front panel of my classy fell off and dangles by the RGB lighting cable after the first few minutes of using my card when I originally got it. Now the glue wont hold and hasn't since then. I dont feel like its worth an RMA and don't want to be without a card for a few weeks yet I don't want my card looking like it's on its last limb. What should I do?

You should've returned it to the retailer to get a replacement. Is it still within the return window? If not, RMA the card with Cross Shipping. They ship the replacement card to you first, and then you ship the defective one to them in the box they sent you. There won't be any downtime other than switching cards. They will require a credit card and place a hold (the cost of a 1080 classy) until they receive the defective card.

The Micro Center purchased it from was a 2 hour round trip from where i lived at the time and it was very inconvienient to drive all the way back with my busy work schedule, especially since I got their last classy from inventory at the time. Ive been in Uni for the past 2 months and am well over 10 hours from Micro center where I purchased it from. But thank you for the info on the cross shipping RMA, will look into it.

I have the same issue, might be similar to this: I just poke it back on and 3-4 days later it falls off LOL

Some of the 10 series issues are more akin to a sneaker plant than videocard assembly. Actually I take that back, I watched a cool video on how Van sneakers are made and the whole process seemed quite thoughtful.

Do you think I am really too concerned with this? It falls off, I put it back on, pretty simple actually. bcavanaugh suggested a photo of the issue and I have (although different GPU) similar issue to the OP and figured it would help. After the photo.....guess what!!! I FIXED IT!!! YEAH ME!!!! SO if you refer to my prior photo, It now looks like the one above!!!! SHAZZZZZAMMMMMMMMMMM !!!!! EDIT: BAMMMMMM Tech support offered a solution within minutes, doesn't' get any better than that!!!!!

_Eddie, JamesL has already contacted me via PM and offered to help resolve this. I have declined since I do not believe this "issue" is worthy of RMAing. (not trying to take away from the OP's concern) I'm pretty sure I can remedy the situation that would not affect an RMA of the card if an actual issue arises. IE: fan, gpu etc.etc. Thanks for the support, I've got this one!!!

Just stick a dab of hot glue on it. At least that is what I would do.
