Not a rumour anymore so
When do EVGA plan their release with 3rd party coolers such as ICX and Hybrid?

    EVGA can not release information until nvidia lifts the nda. Refer to the picture from ErinW.

    NDA's are in place specifically to keep companies from leaking info.
