No.  No one except Jen-Hsun Huang, anyway.

It has been a secondary discussion in a number of threads as to why it will or won't.  Just search 1080Ti and start reading those threads.  Or maybe it needs it's own thread for everyone to drop their opinion and links to the rumors.

Or this one that got locked as a duplicate thread for a 1080Ti release date:

I think it will come out one or two months before AMD vega comes out, Q1 2017: http://videocardz.com/63450/amd-vega-to-launch-in-1h-2017

My guess is that Nvidia are keeping this card back in order to challenge Vega when released early next year. No real reason for Nvidia to release another high end card now.

I've said this before and Ill say it again. There is nothing to make a 1080 Ti from. The GP104 is all the 1080's and the only thing that can be upgraded with this chip is memory. It would be pointless to make a 1080 with 10 or 12 Gb of RAM as you would see no performance boost. The GP 102 is a Titan with the full chip being processed as a Quadro. If they cut down a GP 102 any more it would be at the same performance level as a 1080 with more memory. The GP 106 is the 1060 and will not be a 1080 Ti and that leaves the GP 107 and 108 which is low level. That's it for the line up of Pascal folks. Volta will be the best bet for a Ti card.
