Hello!
Still a fairly new member to the community, but I had a question on the step-up program.

I was thinking that it would be nice to have the option to choose the step-up from the 1070FTW2 if I wanted the 1080, but noticed the 1080FTW2 isn't listed on the step-up site.  Is this something that just has yet to be updated, or will this one be available in that program?

Thanks for your time!

    Hello,

thank you for your interest in the EVGA Step Up promotion.

In most cases, the Step Up will allow you to upgrade to a select series of card models but not all models.

There are no plans to add ICX or FTW card models to the Step Up list.

You can however use the ICX Upgrade program to upgrade to the direct ICX upgrade for your card model.

It took about a week to get the email to pay after registering for the upgrade on my end. I registered on the 10th just before 11am if that helps. I just got mine via ups today.

When your request is approved, you will get a link to pay on the evga.com/icxupgrade/ page. Then you will receive an email with instructions about how/where to send the old card back.

Once we have the cards ready then you will receive an email to apply payment. We don't want have customer's money tied up without the cards ready to go out. For this reason there will likely be a wait between submitting the iCX Upgrade request and payment.

Please revirw the icx thread from jacob in the main forum. Changing the subject of a thread is usually frowned upon, especially when there are multiple threads with the answer you seek.
