Greetings Paul from the warm side of the US. To answer your questions, I will be referring to the thermal mod page on EVGA's website at www.evga.com/thermalmod mo_oniso
1. How does it work with coutries like Russia? Does your Advanced RMA still applies and how long will I wait for a new card?

The EVGA EAR(Advanced RMA Program) and Cross Shipping options are available in the Continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, EU, UK, Norway, and Switzerland. EVGA offers Standard RMA replacement options in the Middle East, Africa, India, Latin America, Mexico, or outside of the before mentioned supported EAR areas.
As for time frame, they dont talk about it here, but remember they have a lot of these to address and they are working through the backlog as fast as possible. It would be best to contact your regional EVGA office for better estimates of turn around time. They can be contacted various ways at http://www.evga.com/about/contactus/mo_oniso
2. Is there a way to pay for RMA my card for card with Hybrid cooler?

To resolve this, EVGA will be offering a VBIOS update, which adjusts the fan-speed curve to ensure sufficient cooling of all components across all operating temperatures. This VBIOS will be released in the next few days and users can download it and update their cards directly. This update resolves the potential thermal issues that have been reported, and ensures the card maintains safe operating temperatures.
For those users who want additional cooling beyond the VBIOS update, EVGA has optional thermal pads available. This update is not required, however; EVGA will make it available free of charge to any customer who is interested. To request the thermal pad kit, please visit www.evga.com/thermalmod.
The way this would be understood is that the replacement card would be the same model card. You are more than welcome to add the Hybrid cooler if you would like, but that would be separate from this situation. mo_oniso
3. Is there a way for me to return my money? I bought my card for 496 USD, and it is more than you ask on your site.

4. If my system will catch fire because of my card - will you cover my loss?

EVGA offers full warranty support on its products, with cross-ship RMA*, and stands behind its products and commitment to our customers.
Take that as you will, but personally I take that as EVGA will take care of you if something goes horribly wrong. Hope these answers help you out. Stay warm out there in Russia. While the open window may keep your system cool, keeping you warm is preferred.
