Sorry if this has been asked already. I tried searching but couldn't find anything.

It must have been a glitch in the softwares (Precision and LED Visualizer) because I was able to mess with the LED settings. I could only do the basic stuff: off, brightness, usage, temp, and flashing. However, after a restart of my system, the LEDs (the nameplate and SC logo) are really dim. As if they are at 10%. I saved the settings to 100% brightness as I feel it looks the best, and now they don't even look like they are on.

What are my options? I've tried to get back into the softwares but none say I have any lights to edit. I've uninstalled drivers and reinstalled them. I even sent a ticket to the help.
