Hello I purchased a EVGA SuperNOVA 1300 G2 Power Supply and then read the reviews for it (New Egg)and I an genuinely concerned  about so many people saying that the power supply shorted (blew up) and damaged other components in there system. What exactly is EVGA's policy on this? If a under warranty power supply causes damage to some or all the components in my system?

I just purchased one also and would like to know. I thought these had some type of safety feature built in them to prevent other components going with them.

I have two of these, I have a 1600G2 also.. Notice that all of those posts are from Early 2014 and that there was a fix installed in early 2014 that corrected the issue and EVGA even addressed it in the comments that you are referring to.

In the extremely unlikely event that this does occur, we will review on a case by case basis.

I like that because EVGA is only company who take look for every case specifically and decide to what to do.
With other company you are doomed on long debate and at the end they can't help you or they don't want to help you.
Because of that no matter how I'm angry sometimes EVGA will always have special place in my heart.
Because I respect that company and their fail hurt me sometimes same as favorite team when lose game.
